Sheelah Virginia Vick Saucier, 80, of Long Beach, passed away March 26, 2017 in Gulfport.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard E. Saucier; father, KC Vick; and mother, Clara Anglin Vick.
She is survived by her children, Kurklin William Saucier and Yvonne Alane Saucier; grandchildren, Sheelah Alane "Angel" Saucier, Jeuelle Thompson and Robert Thompson; Great-Grandchildren, April Thompson, Michael Wayne Saucier, Kenny Thompson, Sarisa West and Trinity Thompson.
She was a resident of Long Beach and went to college for accounting. She was an Avon Representative & Avon President's Club, manager of the Junior Food Market and an Accountant for Saucier's Trucking. She loved spending time with her family; to travel with her family and friends; and she enjoyed decorating for the holidays; horseback riding; good food and dining out.
She served on the Harrison County Democratic Women's Association,VFW Ladies Auxiliary of Long Beach, American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Eastern Star, and the Carnival Association of Long Beach.
Contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, April 4th at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Long Beach. Burial will follow at 12:30 p.m. at the Biloxi National Cemetery.
