Sharon Dubuisson McKay, age 72, of Pass Christian, passed away peacefully on November 15, 2011.
Mrs. McKay was retired from Civil Service at Keesler AFB and was a faithful member of St. Thomas Catholic Church in Long Beach. She loved working outside in her yard and spending time with her family, especially on Sundays.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lennis and Loyce Dubuisson, and her sister, Earlene Selensky.
Survivors include her loving husband of 54 years, James E. ""Skippy"" McKay, her children, Thomas E. McKay and his wife Connie, Ginger McKay, and Gene Byrd, grandchildren, Denise Frederick and her husband Zach, Joey McKay and his wife Shantel, Caleb McKay, Michael ""Phillip"" Rushing and his wife Brooke, Dustin Rushing, Robert Hargrove and his wife Shanna, and Rachel Hargrove, and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Monday, November 21, 2011 from 9 - 11 am at St. Thomas Catholic Church, Long Beach. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am in the church.
Interment will be in Long Beach City Cemetery.
The family prefers memorials to St. Thomas Catholic Church, 720 East Beach Blvd, Long Beach, MS 39560.
