Sharon Towles Bonnette

Sharon Bonnette passed peacefully in to the eternal heavens on June 15, 2023. Sharon is survived by her loving husband of 40 years , Russell Bonnette; her two children, Mark (Monica) Gardner and Laura (Steve) Hauck; a large extended family in the New Orleans area; sister-in-Law, Patsy Bonnette, and the entire Bonnette & Schneider family were always a continued source of love & support for Sharon & her husband to which the family is forever grateful for.

Sharon was a beautiful soul whose life journey began in Birmingham, AL.  Sharon graduated from Auburn University and moved to Orlando, Florida in the early 1970's.  Sharon met the love of her life in 1981…Russ & Sharon married in 1983 and it was a love that endured for 40 years.  Sharon went on to become a successful business woman and a leader in the banking field.  She served as President of National Business Women of America for several years in the 1980's.

A striking beauty, Sharon's crystal blue eyes melted hearts, but her real beauty was found in her kind and gentle spirit.   She also had a deep love and compassion for animals.  Her beloved dog "Tinkerbell" will join her family in missing Sharon.

Sharon was struggling with health issues towards the end of her life, but she passed away with dignity and peace in her heart.  A special thanks goes out to her friend and care helper “Ester” ...who was ever present during the last months of her life.

Sharon will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
