Shannon Harvey

Shannon Harvey, age 48 of Long Beach, passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2022.

She was a native of Sacramento, CA and graduated from Gulfport High School.  After graduation, she received an Associate degree in business, received a master paralegal certificate, and attended a medical assistance course.

Shannon was preceded in death by her grandfather, Jack Roberts; her grandmother, Reba Roberts; her grandfather, Jack Bolles; her grandmother, Elaine Bolles; and her aunt, Linda Havens.

She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Peter S. Harvey; her parents, Teresa K. Martin and Russel E. Bolles (Cheryl-stepmom); her children, Jason Christopher Harvey and Jordan Thomas Harvey; her siblings, Jennifer Palamino (Ray), Lee Summers, Candace Bolles, and Russel Bolles; her father and mother-in-law, Laurell and Horace Harvey; her aunts, Patricia Blanchard and Nancy Roberts; her cousin, Leana Finley; and her uncles, Bruce Ohannession, Michael Paulk, and Ron Bolles.

Shannon worked bartending, a lingerie business, Beauvoir photography, and a fairytale photo business.

She enjoyed photography, gardening, researching medical and various topics, feeding birds on the beach, looking after her family, and nurturing animals (cats).

Shannon was at her best when she was helping someone, whether it be family, friends, or animals.  She was a loving mother to her children and was very outspoken.
