Sean Hollingsworth

Sean Carroll Hollingsworth 42, died Friday May 18 2012 in Gulfport.
Mr. Hollingsworth was a native of Gulfport but resided in Birmingham, AL for most of his adult years. His most recent residency being Columbus, MS.
He enlisted in the Navy at 18 and was the owner of two businesses, Magnolia Investigations and Project Perfect Construction. He was an expert craftsman, gourmet cook and event organizer; donating his services to many worthy causes. Poor health forced his retirement in 2010.
Mr. Hollingsworth was an active member of Hoover Church of Christ in Hoover, AL.
He was preceded in death by his beloved niece, Carly Sue Sanders; his siblings, Stephen Micheal Hollingsworth and Stephanie Leigh Hollingsworth and by his stepfather Stephan Oldam Sudduth.
Survivors include his parents: Glinda Bourgeois Sudduth of Gulfport and Jack C. Hollingsworth & stepmother Sally Hollingsworth of Panama City, Florida; his nephew Jeffery C. Sanders Jr of Waveland; his sister and brother in law, Dianna Hollingsworth Sanders and Jeffery C. Sanders, Sr. of Long Beach; his grandmothers, Minnie Spruill Bourgeois of Long Beach and Allie Mae Reid of West Point, MS; and his fiancee, Tammy Turman Weldon of Columbus, MS.
Visitation will be at 6:00 p.m., Sunday night at 111 Galloway Ave., Long Beach, MS.
The Memorial Service will be on Ship Island. Arrangements for Memorial will be forthcoming.
