Sarah Shedlock

Sarah Elizabeth Shedlock, 30 of Covington, LA passed away Monday, March 7, 2022, at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington, LA.

Sarah is survived by her parents John and Janet; her stepmother Teresa; her stepfather Jeff; her brother Greg (Lindsey); nephew Calvin; her stepsisters Casey (Justin) and Shea (Pat); and many great loving friends.

Sarah was born in Pittsburgh, PA on September 25, 1991, to Janet Kovach Shedlock and John Edward Shedlock. She graduated from Keystone Oaks High School with the class of 2010. Sarah went on to achieve her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Edinboro University, where she graduated with honors in 2014.

Sarah was a dedicated lifeguard, a loving mother to her cats Luna and Gracie, but most of all she loved her family.  When she laughed, or even smiled she would make an entire room light up. She always had everyone laughing at her amazingly witty humor. Everyone who knew her, can attest that she was a joy to be around.

A private viewing was held Wednesday March 9th at Riemann Family Funeral Home in Gulfport, MS.
