Sandra Ladner Caccioppo, age 71, passed away on Wednesday November 13, 2019 in Gulfport, MS.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Christopher Caccioppo; parents, Curvis and Aline Ladner; two brothers, Larry Ladner and Jimmy Ladner; two sisters, Faye Hutchinson and Elaine Moran; and one son-in-law, Keith Ladner.
She leaves behind four children, Cassondra Lawless (Greg) of Kiln, Ray Caccioppo (Jane) of Gulfport, Tina Blackwell (Tony) of Bay St. Louis, Stephanie Hebert (Jamie) of Pass Christian; four siblings, Harris Ladner (Jeanette), Dorothy Cuevas, Elton Ladner, Barbara Williams, all of Pass Christian; 8 grandchildren, Christina, Jessica, Emily, Christopher, Mary, Ryan, Ethan, Little Jamie; 6 great-grandchildren, Macy, Johnathan, Madden, Georgia Grace, Sebastian, Baby Lane; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Sandra was born in Gulfport and was a life-long resident of Pass Christian. She graduated from Hancock North Central High School and worked at the Garment Factory for several years. She loved playing Bingo, the casinos, and dance music. She was of the Christian faith and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dedeaux. She loved to have a good time and enjoyed life. She will be dearly missed by her family.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, November 15, 2019, from 5:00 - 10:00 PM, with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 pm, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln DeLisle Rd. Pass Christian. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Dedeaux with visitation from 8:30 - 9:30 AM at the funeral home chapel. Interment will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery at Rotten Bayou, Diamondhead, MS.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Building Fund.
