Samuel Woods

Samuel Thomas Woods, age 64, of Long Beach, MS, passed away Saturday, January 7, 2023.

He was preceded in death by his father, James William Woods, Sr.; brothers, Wayne Woods and James William Woods, Jr.; and stepdaughter, Deborah Nicole Steen.

Sammy is survived by his beloved wife of 26 years, Deborah Rogers Woods; mother, Chellie Humphries Woods; daughter, Brittany Jamil James (Adam); grandchildren, Elizabeth Diana James and Noah James Hoover; stepdaughters, Brandi Steen Hoover (Tyler) and Jami Diana Steen; brother, Keith Allen Woods; sisters Joyce Woods Williamson (Mike), and Carolyn Woods Bryant (Odell); and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held 3:00pm Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, MS.
