Ruth B. Kelly, age 86 and a resident of Gulfport, died on Monday, June 18, 2012, in Gulfport.
Mrs. Kelly was a native and lifelong resident of the MS Gulf Coast and was a member of Bel-Aire Baptist Church. She was a registered nurse and retired after 40 years of service at the former VA Hospital in Gulfport.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William & Grace Burrus; her husband, Elton L. Kelly and a son, William H. Kelly.
Mrs. Kelly is survived by her children, Sandra Kelly and Elton Wayne (Mary S.) Kelly all of Gulfport; her sister, Laura Ramage of Gulfport; her grandchildren, Kristen Allen, Brandon Kelly, Danielle Kelly, and Shannon Ford; her great granddaughter, Mikayla Allen and her daughter-in-law, Gail Kelly of Gulfport.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at 2:30pm at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport, where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Coalville Cemetery.
