Rudolph Thomas Helton, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on Tuesday, October15, 2024, in Saucier, Mississippi, at the age of 92. Born on February 28, 1932, in Gulfport, Mississippi, Rudolph lived a life marked by commitment and love for his family, always striving to provide for them.

He is remembered as a hard worker who took immense pride in his ability to care for his loved ones. Rudolph had a passion for country music and could often be found dancing joyfully, embodying a spirit of happiness and warmth. His fondness for the outdoors led him to spend countless hours piddling with various projects around his yard, a testament to his hands-on nature and his love for nurturing his surroundings.

Rudolph cherished every moment spent spoiling his grandchildren, creating countless memories that his family will hold dear for years to come. He is survived by his beloved wife of 73 years, Joyce E. Helton; his daughters, Ida and Torie Denae; his sons, Keith and Tori; along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, all of whom will carry his memory forward in their hearts.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, three sisters, one son, and two granddaughters. Rudolph Thomas Helton leaves behind a profound legacy of love and devotion that will continue to inspire those who knew him. He will be deeply missed, and his memory will be cherished by all who were fortunate enough to share in his life.

Friends are invited to join the family for visitation and services on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, MS. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., with the Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m. Following services, Mr. Helton will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery in Gulfport.
