Ruby Mills

Ruby Doris Mills, age 79, a native of Magee, MS and resident of Diamondhead, passed away January 6, 2020.

Ruby went to Biloxi High School and worked as a secretary, escrow officer. She was a member of the Diamondhead Baptist Church, Epsilon Sigma Alpha Sorority and was the President of Alpha Beta Chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha International.

Ruby loved gardening, ping pong and most of all her family.  She was a wonderful Christian lady, loving wife of 60 years, loving mother and grandmother.  She loved the Lord and was known for always saying “Trust in the Lord”

She was preceded in death by her sister, Pauline Dean; and brothers, James Craft and Gerald Craft.

Ruby is survived by her husband of 60 years, James A. Mills; children, Kenyon J. Mills of Santa Ana, CA, Brian R. Mills of Long Beach, CA and Lisa N. Grow of Diamondhead, MS; siblings, Dorothy (Claude) Trahan of Henderson, NV, Michael (Dean) Craft of Gulfport, MS; grandchildren, Brittany Randall of Moss Point, MS, Caitlin Grow of Mobile, AL, Rachael O’Neil of Running Springs, CA, Stacy Diaz of Anaheim, CA, Jessica Williams of Houston, TX and Breanna Mills of Santa Ana, CA; and six great grandchildren.
