Rose Marie Sherwood

Rose Marie Sherwood, a cherished mother, grandmother passed away peacefully on November 23, 4, in Gulfport, Mississippi. She was born on March 1, 1943, in Chester, Pennsylvania, where her journey began.

Rose's early dedication to her education culminated in her obtaining a Bachelor’s degree. Throughout her career as a desk clerk in the hospitality industry, she exemplified warmth and professionalism.

She was a loving mother to her son, Stephen Sherwood, Jr. and his spouse, Sandy, of Wilmington, Delaware, and to her daughter, GiGi Sherwood, and her significant other, Terry Wyman, of Sarasota, Florida. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, Trevor and Cameran Sherwood, who brought immense joy to her life.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Theresa Cioeta.

A private Memorial Service will be held later.  In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to a local charity.
