Rosalind Ann Morgan, age 75 of Long Beach, Ms passed away on Monday, February 23, 2009, in Long Beach.
Born in Houma, LA she spent fifty years in Gretna, LA. Mrs. Morgan had been a resident of Long Beach for four years. She presently attended St. Thomas Catholic Church in Long Beach, and was a long time parishioner of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Gretna, LA.
Mrs. Morgan is preceded in death by her mother, Gertie Husband. Survivors include her husband, Jack Morgan of Long Beach; son, Fenwick Morgan of Long Beach; brother, Arthur Husband of Houma, LA; and grandson, Bryce Morgan of Long Beach.
The Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:30am on Thursday, February 26, 2009 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Gretna, LA, with visitation from 10am until 11:30am at the church. Burial will follow in St. Anthony Cemetery, Houma, LA. RIEMANN FAMLY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Rd., Long Beach is in charge of the local arrangements. Mothe Funeral Home, 1300 Vallette St. is in charge of the LA arrangements. The Family request that memorials be made to, World of Hope Foundation, P.O. Box 1779. Gray, LA, 70359.
