Ronald Wayne Hoskins, known to his loved ones as "Wayne", passed away on April 19, 2024, in Biloxi, MS, leaving behind a legacy of love, dedication, and service. He was born on March 21, 1949, in Blythville, AR.
Wayne led a fulfilling life as a self-employed handyman for many years before enjoying a well-deserved retirement for the past two decades. His work ethic and craftsmanship were evident in all that he did, bringing light and warmth to those around him through his skilled hands and kind heart.
A proud graduate with both a high school diploma and an associate's degree, Wayne also served his country with honor as a Veteran of the US Army 101st Airborne. Throughout his military service, he received numerous medals, but none were as cherished to him as his purple heart—a testament to his courage and sacrifice.
Beyond his professional and military accomplishments, Wayne's proudest achievements lie in his unwavering faith in God. He found joy in simple pleasures like coin collecting, particularly favoring silver coins. However, above all else, he treasured the moments spent with his beloved wife of 11 years, Jannet Hoskins.
Wayne will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his devoted wife of 11 years, Jannet Hoskins; two sons Ronald W. Hoskins Jr. and Daniel R. Hoskins; and a brother Rendiel B. Hoskins as well as nieces and nephews. Although he may no longer walk among us, Wayne's spirit will live on in the hearts of those whose lives he touched.
