Rogers Noel Moran, 83 of Pass Christian, passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores Shavers Moran; a son, Rogers Noel Moran Jr.; and parents, Largus R. Moran and Elizabeth Williams Ladner.
He is survived by his two sons, Michael Moran (Terrie), and James Moran; three daughters, Charlene Rowell (Keith), Carol McMillan (Anthony), and Lisa Tumlin; a halfbrother, Ray Ladner; 11 grandchildren, Sterling Holliman, Daniel Holliman, Kayla Moran, Carrie Moran, Anthony Moran, Kristina Moran, Patrick Cassell, Nick Cassell, Melanie Shepheard, Shannon McMillan and Latisha Smith; and numerous great grandchildren.
Born on October 18, 1934 in Gulfport, he moved to Pass Christian and was a lifelong resident. He worked as a truck driver for numerous companies and most recently Deep South Trucking until his retirement. He was also a member of the Orange Grove Lodge No. 635.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, June 22, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln Delisle Rd., Pass Christian with a visitation for family and friends from 12 PM until the service. Burial will follow at Rotten Bayou Cemetery.
