Mr. Roger Ladner, age 59, resident of Kiln, passed away on Monday, December 22, 2008, in Bay St. Louis.
Mr. Ladner was a lifelong resident of Kiln, and was a retired longshoreman. He was of the Catholic faith. He will be remembered for enjoying life to the fullest.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris M. Ladner; grandson, Jordan Rafferty.
He is survived by his children, Roslyn Ladner of Dubuisson, Dwight Ladner of Biloxi and his wife Natalie, and Charity Ladner of Dubuisson; father, L.B. Ladner, Sr. of Kiln; siblings, Donald Ladner of Kiln, L.B. """"Coon"""" Ladner, Jr. of Kiln, Lois Marie Ladner of Kiln; grandchildren, Amber, Gavin, Kaylee, and Olivia; and many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 26, 2008, at St. Ann Catholic Church in the Dubuisson community, where friends may visit from 9:30-1:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery at Rotten Bayou.
