Rodney Lewis Cuevas, Sr., age 64, of Iuka, MS, longtime resident of Gulfport, passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at his home.
Mr. Cuevas was a longtime employee of Kennedy Engine Co. and Stribling Equipment. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Gulfport.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jason Lewis Cuevas, his grandparents, William and Mamie Warren.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Martin Cuevas, his children, Rodney Lewis Cuevas, Jr., Marcy Cuevas Paul, Angela Cuevas Pal, Randy Cuevas, and Justin Cuevas, his mother, Helen Lorraine Cuevas, 2 brothers, Rickey Cuevas and David Cuevas, and 6 grandchildren.
The visitation will be from 1 - 2 pm Saturday at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. The funeral service will begin at 2 pm in the chapel.
Interment will be in Finley Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to one's favorite charity.
