Rocky Johnson

Rocky Lane Johnson age 65 of St. Martin, passed away peacefully at his home on December 9, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton "Slick" Pope Johnson, Jr. and Eula Frances (Bullock) Johnson.
Rocky is survived by his loving sons, Aaron Johnson, Dwayne "Wade" Johnson (Brandy), and Justin Johnson; his siblings, Milton "Chuck" Johnson (Kathy), and Dusty Johnson (Cindy); one grandchild, Ayden Johnson; and a host of friends and relatives.
A life-long resident of St. Martin and graduate of St. Martin High School, Rocky went on to attend MGCCC at Perkinston on a football scholarship where they won a national championship during his two years there. He then joined the workforce. Most of his time was spent as a maintenance supervisor for the Beau Rivage and then as a maintenance operator for Jackson County. He was an avid sportsman and loved spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A Prayer Servicewill be held on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation for friends and relatives from 10:00 a.m. until the service, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in D'Iberville.  Interment will follow in Bosarge Cemetery.
