Robert "Bob" Brown

Robert “Bob” Leroy Brown passed away Sunday, April 10, 2022, he was 52 years old.

He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Earl Brown; sister, Kay Saucier; brother-in-law, Kenny Saucier; and nephew, Matt Saucier.

Bob is survived by his beloved wife, Shelene Ann Brown; sisters, Debbie Whitener (Kim), Renee Parker (Ray); children, Tera Bowman (Craig), Tracy Brown, and Clay Brown; grandchildren, Collin, Caleb, Casen, Austin Kate, Logahn Preslee, Aiden, Vincent, Freya, Waylon, Kylee, Eli, and Kash. Also, his very loved nephews and nieces.

He was the owner of 3B custom game calls specializing in turkey calls, a gun safety instructor, operated the horse sales in Lucedale, MS, owned and operated 3B rodeo company where he provided bucking horses for the Tri State Rodeos and the Cajun Rodeo Association and, also worked as a pick- up man. He was a member of the Professional Kennel Club, where he competed in coon hunting trials, and qualified and competed in the world hunt in Kentucky, was a member of the National Wildlife Turkey Federation and a member of the United States Team Roping Championships.

He was an avid outdoorsman with a love for fishing, hunting, and team roping and loved spending time with kids, taking them hunting and fishing and sharing his love for the great outdoors. His ultimate passion was turkey hunting, “can’t stop the flop”!

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 14, 2022, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, MS from 6pm -9pm and will resume Friday, April 15, 2022, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 2305 Pleasant Hill Drive SE, Bogue Chitto, MS from 12pm until the funeral service at 1pm.  Burial will follow at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Bogue Chitto, MS
