Mr. Robert Pino, age 66, resident of Pass Christian, passed away on Monday, August 31, 2009, in Gulfport.
Mr. Pino was born in Baton Rouge to the late Robert Christie Pino, Sr. and Lois Cordoza Pino in 1943. He lived most of his life on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and was an entrepreneur. He was involved in many businesses here on the Coast and will be remembered for his gift of gab. He was a very happy person and was dedicated to serving the Lord. He loved fishing and making miniature crosses to be given out at various events.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Judy Pino of Pass Christian; children, Robert C. Pino, III of Kiln and his wife Amber, and Judith Olson of Hinesville, GA and her husband Daniel; Robert Miles Pino, Rebekah Noel Pino, Jordan Nicole Pino, Brennan Scott Pino, Hayley Brooke Pino, and Sarah Joy Olson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 4, 2009, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln Delisle Road, where friends may call from 5-7 p.m.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2009, at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery at Rotten Bayou.
