Robert Paul "Bobby" Murphy, age 44, of Saucier, MS, passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at his residence.
Bobby was born June 19, 1972 in Gulfport, MS. He grew up in Stone County, MS and was a graduate of Stone High in Wiggins, MS. Shortly after high school he enlisted in the United States Marine Corp and upon reenlistment, was honorably discharged. After his military service Bobby was employed with Dupont DeLisle for almost twenty years as a Lab Technician. In his spare time, Bobby loved to bowl and was an avid golfer as well as being a devoted son, a loving brother and a caring uncle.
Bobby was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Mr. James L. Ryan and Mrs. Lillian Dennis Ryan Allen; two brothers, Mr. William Joseph "Joey" Chesser and Mr. Walter Dean Bazor Jr.
He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Mary Janice Ryan Bursell of McHenry, MS; a brother, Mr. William M. Dodson Koscinski of Diamondhead, MS; a sister, Mrs. Tracee Lyn Dodson Meggs of Tuscaloosa, AL; and s numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family will have a private memorial service at which time Bobby's ashes will be interred with his brothers at Woodlawn Park Cemetery located in Wiggins, MS. The family would like to thank everyone for their condolences and to remember Bobby's life, his accomplishments, and his service to our country.
