Robert J. """"Jim"""" Legg, II, age 49, a resident of Long Beach passed away Thursday, February 7, 2008 in Gulfport.
Mr. Legg proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and retired as a TSgt. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and hunting.
Mr. Legg is preceded in death by his parents, Robert J. Legg, Jr. and Joyce Marie Legg; his sister Dianne Glass, his paternal grandparents, R.J. and Margarette Legg; and his maternal grandparents, Harmon Lee and Ruby Lee Diede.
Survivors include his wife of 12 years, Sue Legg of Long Beach; his children, Jessica Marie Mahan of Nashville, TN, James Joseph Mahan, III of Denver, CO, Holly Denise Lewis of Gulfport, MS and Franklin David Mahan of Gulfport, MS; his siblings, Terry Legg, Johnny K. Legg, Tina Davis all of Long Beach, MS, and Timothy Ray Legg of Saucier, MS; three grandchildren, Andrew Mahan, Cody Lewis, and Dallas Lewis.
Visitation will be held Monday, February 11, 2008 at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Rd. Chapel, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Long Beach City Cemetery.
