Robert Wayne Kiernan Jr, 54, of Ocean Springs, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Wayne Kiernan, Sr; his brother, Michael Wayne Kiernan; and his niece, Shae Kiernan.
He leaves behind his mother, Betty J. Hollar McKinney; daughter, Brittany Kiernan Walker (Robert); his four grandsons, Jaxon, Tyson, Bryson and Ace Walker; his sister, Terri Kiernan Cannette (Mike); nephew ,Austin Cannette; niece, Chelby Cannette- Jacquet (Eric); and two great nephews, Landyn and Layne; his sister, Linda Sawyer (Terry); nieces, Tabitha Sawyer; nephew, Nick Sawyer; niece, Angelina Pratt and Ashley Kiernan; and nephew, Joseph "Bubba" Kiernan.
Born on July 28, 1964 in Avon, NY, he grew up in Ocean Springs and lived most of his adult life in Vancleave Rob was a volunteer coach for the Vancleave Youth Football Association for many years. He enjoyed watching Nascar and was an avid Saints fan.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at McClellan Road Baptist Church from 10-11am with Pastor Javan Jenkins. Weather permitting there will be a burial service held at Antioch cemetery in Vancleave.
