Robert Pascal "Bob" Davis

Robert (Bob) Pascal Davis, age 74 of Long Beach, passed on Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at his residence surrounded by his family and ever faithful canine companion, Greta.
Bob was born on July 9, 1938, in Gulfport. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting and fishing. Bob was an amazing husband and father and was an inspiration to all who knew him. He lived his life by one of his favorite sayings....""Do not follow where the path may lead, go where there is no path...and leave a trail."" Bob left a trail wherever he traveled.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Pascal Batson & Minnie Lou Ladner Davis.
Bob is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Johnnie Graham Davis; his dedicated brother, Thomas Batson Davis and his wife Margaret; his children, Karen Davis Duggan, Robert L. Davis, Lisa Davis (Scott) Long, and William Batson (Windy) Davis; his grandchildren, Brandy Davis (Jason) White, Chase G. Duggan, Robert C. Davis, Chelsea A. Duggan, Kayleigh M. Hoda, Destany D. Davis, Mark and Matt Hoda, Zackary , Ashlie, Joshua Long, and Zoe Pollard; his great grandchildren, Jordyn F. Eaton, Jalyn J. White, and Jayci M. White and numerous cousins and friends.
Private services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Mississippi Wildlife Federation, 517 Cobblestone Court, Suite 2, Madison, MS 39110, in memory of Robert P. Davis.
The Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Road, in Long Beach, assisted the family with arrangements.
