Rita Baldwin

Rita Baldwin age 70, of Biloxi, MS died on Monday, April 26, 2021 in Biloxi.
Rita was born February 18th, 1951 in Pascagoula, MS. She graduated in 1968, from Pascagoula High School, then attended the University of Southern Mississippi, earning a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a Master's degree in Adult Education. Rita worked in many places and had many titles in her career dedicating herself to helping others. Her last job before retirement and the one she was most proud of, was as the Director of the Loaves and Fishes soup kitchen.
She was preceded in death by her parents Oscar Lewis and Annie Grace Wisener : and her two brothers, Perry and Houston Wisener.
Survivors include her children, Shannon Nobles (Tammy) of Saucier, Sonya Nobles Dukett (Chris) of Pensacola, Florida and Scott T Blaine of Biloxi: and her 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, May 2, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until the 2:00 p.m. Celebration of Life service at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Road in Biloxi.
