Rickey L. Ford, age 50, of Gulfport, went to be with his Lord and Saviour on Wednesday, February 9, 2011.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Eldora Mae Morrison; his father, Wesley Ford Sr.; and his niece, Staci King.
He is survived by his wife, Gail Filipowski Ford of Gulfport; seven brothers and sisters; Roland Ford of Long Beach, Roger Ford (Sandra) of Pass Christian, Ronnie Ford (Sheila) of Saucier, Robert Ford (Kristy) of Gulfport, Ervin Cuevas (Kelli) of Gulfport, Louise Beasley of Diamondhead, and Penny Peterson of Gulfport; and his stepson, Derek C. Cole (Brooke) of Maryland; sixteen nieces and nephews; and eleven great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 11, 2011, from 7-9 PM, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. The funeral service will be on Saturday, February 12, 2011, at 11:00 AM, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Alphonse Malley Cemetery.
