Richard Nellums, Jr.

Richard Wayne "Ricky" Nellums, Jr., age 58, of Gulfport, passed away on August 21, 2019.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Wayne Nellums Sr.; a son, Riley Nellums; and a brother, Michael Nellums.
He is survived by his parents, Jenny and Lavern Moran; his wife; his children, Ricky Lampton, Brittany Lampton, Alisha Holland, Chelsea Holland, Ryan Woodcock, and Rebecca Woodcock; his siblings, Jeffrey Moran, Kelli Wilson, Lisa Huber, Susie Peterson, Sheila Deatherage, and Jaimie Lanham; 10 grandchildren; beloved companion, Wanda Rivere; and other relatives and friends.
Ricky worked as a sheet rock finisher on the coast for many years.  He was a loving son, father, brother, and friend who will be sadly missed by those who knew him.
A prayer service will be at 12 noon on Saturday, August 24, 2019, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Dedeaux. Visitation will be from 10 - 12 in the church. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery at Rotten Bayou.
