He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Steven Lee Palmer; paternal great grandfather, Kenneth "Hamp" Cumbest; maternal great grandparents, Marvin and Dorothy Holland; maternal great grandfather, Richard Oakes, Sr.
He is survived by his parents, Jamie Palmer and Charitie Oakes; brother, Lukasz Kosla; grandparents, Kimberly Cumbest Palmer, and Dawn and Richard Oakes, Jr.; aunt and Godmother, Linzey Oakes (Austin); uncle, Richard Justice Oakes; aunt, Christina Milner (Waylon); great grandmother, Maxine Cumbest; cousin, Cam Milner; and a host of extended family.
Private services will be held at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 13872 Lemoyne Blvd. at Washington Avenue with burial at Bonnie Chapel Cemetery.
