His all-time favorite thing in life from the time his children were small was watching them grow.  He loved being able to teach them things, and spoil them and give them things he didn’t have as a child.  He loved watching and coaching Derrik play sports.  He was proud of each of his children for their accomplishments and loved them deeply.  His newest love was his grandchildren.  Being able to hear their voices and giggles as they talked to their Pepaw was something he loved so much. He and his wife April were living their out their dream life on the coast to the fullest.  He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
