Rayma D. Marengo

Rayma D. Marengo, age 80, current resident of Carriere and former resident of Gulfport and Chalmette passed away Friday, September 23, 2011.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George Britt and Mary Alice Phelps.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Anthony James Marengo; two sons, Anthony James Marengo, Jr. and wife Terri and Dana Britt Marengo and wife Juliana; grandchildren, Alisha Marie Showalter (Jason), Dana Lynn Dazet (Joseph), Anthony James Marengo III ""Trey"" (Melinda), Lesli Christina Marengo, and Ross Britt Marengo; also survived by one brother, George Bennie Phelps of Gulfport; two sisters, Sherry Nell Daniel (Roddy) of Gulfport and Scottye Sauls (Vernon) of Crystal River, FL; and 5 great grandchildren.
A visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday, September 29, 2011 from 5:00 to 9:00 pm at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. The funeral will be held Friday, September 30, 2011 at 10:00 am in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Evergreen Gardens Cemetery, Gulfport.
