Rayburn Max Broadus

Rayburn M. ""Ray"" Broadus, Sr. passed away on August 11, 2012 at the age of 64.
He was born in Gulfport on October 21, 1947 and was a graduate of Harrison Central High School. He worked for Industrial Steel and Carol Specialties, prior to starting his own business B-Line Fabrication in Gulfport. Ray was a lifetime member of Success Baptist Church in Saucier. His hobbies were working, fishing, and dirt track racing.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents, Esco P. Broadus and Gladys Bennett Broadus; and his son, Brian Broadus.
He is survived by his loving wife, Linda J. Broadus; sons, Jeremy Broadus and his wife Shannon and Rayburn Broadus, Jr. and his wife Audrey; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild. He is also survived by his sister, Marie Broadus Hall and her husband Robert; and nephew, Craig A. Turan.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm, with a visitation one hour prior, on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at Success Baptist Church, 22329 Success Rd Saucier, MS. Burial will follow at Success Baptist Church Cemetery in Saucier.
