Ray Boyette, 61, lifelong resident of Woolmarket, died on Thursday, July 20, 2006, in Biloxi.
Mr. Boyette was retired from Lucent Technologies after 37 years of service and had been working for Mestec for the last eighteen months. He was an avid NASCAR fan and a member of Northside Assembly of God. He was a truly devoted Christian, a very giving and generous person who never met a stranger, and was a loving husband, father, and true friend to all.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Raymond and Louella Boyette.
He is survived by his loving wife, Denise Boyette of Woolmarket; sons, James Raymond Boyette, II of Biloxi and his wife, Nancy Burdine Boyette, and Jerrid S. Boyette of Woolmarket; and a sister, Hattie Felsher of Woolmarket.
Graveside committal services will be held on Sunday, July 23, 2006, at 3:00 p.m. at White Plains Cemetery, where friends may visit at the cemetery one hour prior to services.
