Randy W. """"Daddy Ran"""" Zimmerman, age 48, a resident of Lizana was called home to the Father suddenly and unexpectantly on Saturday, February 23, 2008 in Little Rock, AR.
He was a resident of the Coast for 25 years and was a professional truck driver with JB Hunt. He loved Nascar and anything to do with racing. He also enjoyed fishing. Randy had a firm belief in God and his family was very important.
Randy was preceded in death by his father Wylee Zimmerman. Survivors include her wife of 23 years, Helen Joann """"Jo"""" Zimmerman; his mother Janet Bell of Santa Fe, TX; his children, Ferrell C. Warden """"BJ"""", Hope R. Herring """"Hopey"""", Penelope A. Rosener """"Pin Pooh"""", and Jamie A. Rosener """"Deeta""""; his siblings, Debbie Severin, Mark Zimmerman, Michael Bell, Marty Bell, Joy Davis, and Curt Zimmerman; 10 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 29, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd. Gulfport, with visitation one hour prior to services. Interment will follow at First Free Chruch of God Cemetery in Gulfport.
Memorial contributations may be made to the St. Jude Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN.
