Ralph D. Wiler, age 76, of Diamondhead, MS, formerly of Paw Paw, MI, passed away on July 18, 2011 in Gulfport, MS.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph H. Wiler and Pearl Wiler; a son, Robert Wiler; two brothers, Alvin Wiler and Darian Wiler; and a sister, Helen DeLore.
He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Margaret Wiler of Diamondhead, MS; a daughter in law, Claudette Walters of Paw Paw, MI; three children, Sandra Harrison and her husband, Ron, of Terrel, Texas, Brian Wiler and his wife, Marianne, of Dublin, Ireland, and Kathy Williams and her husband, Joel, of Lawton, MI.
He graduated from Bronson High School, Bronson, MI. He served as a Senator and District Vice President for Jaycee International in Michigan and was a past Exalted Ruler and life member of BPO Elks 2511. He owned and operated a State Farm Insurance Agency in Paw Paw, MI for thirty years.
He was a loving husband and father. He loved to fish and enjoyed all sports.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home, 502 W. Michigan Ave, Paw Paw, MI. A graveside service will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Coldwater, MI.
