Ralph Preston """"Tater"""" Cox, 49, of Saucier died Friday, October 27, 2006 in Saucier.
Mr. Cox was a native and lifelong resident of Harrison County and was employed as a truck driver at Gulf Coast Pre-Stress. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his son, Richard Lee Cox, parents, Ralph Preston Cox, Sr. and Marie Smith Cox, and his grandmother, Eva Bond.
Survivors include his wife, Pamela Cox, Saucier, son, Brandon Preston Cox, Petal, daughter, Dana M. (Stephen) Lott, McHenry, stepsons, Bill Scott, Petal, and Richard Armentrout, Long Beach, 3 sisters, Judith (Jimmy) Thrasher, Saucier, Vicki (Bruce) Phelps, Long Beach, and Patricia Hinton, Pass Christian, grandmother, Sadie Pearl Cox, and 8 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
