Phillip Patterson

Phillip James Patterson, of Gulfport, passed away at his residence on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at the age of 50.

Phillip was a graduate of Long Beach High School, class of 1989. He was a self-employed contractor, and he loved to read and make music, and build things be with his family.

Phillip was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Christine and James G. Patterson, Sr. and maternal grandparents, Willena and William J. Hinkle.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Shannon Streuly-Patterson and their daughter, Aidan Frances Patterson; his father, James Patterson and wife, Sabrina; his mother, Sherry Shatzer and husband, Larry; his sister, Christy Gibbs; his brother, Stewart Patterson and wife, Heather; and his niece, Cristin Marshall and husband, Tyler, and their children, Grady and Graylin.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, April 2 @ 2pm at Transmedia Creative, 34E 29th Street, Gulfport, MS 39507.
