Peggy D. Lander, age 66, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2019 in Gulfport. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, gardening and fishing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace and Maggie Saucier; daughter, Kimberly Joy Lander; brothers, Vermon Lee Saucier and Veldon Saucier; sisters, Darnell Lander and Patricia Lizana.
She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years Rodney Lander; daughter, Amanda Benefield (Darrell); son, Blake Lander (Brittany); sisters, Eula Lizana (Allen) and Doris Ladner; 4 grandchildren, Shaylyn Benefield, Natalie Lander, Tyler Lander, and Brayden Lander; 1 great-granddaughter, Chanley Benefield Rivers.
A visitation will be held on Monday, November 11, 2019 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport from 10:00AM until 11:00AM. A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, November 11, 2019 in the funeral home chapel.
