Peggy A. Cuevas Dear, age 64, of Gulfport, passed away on January 26, 2009 in Gulfport.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Nelvin J. Cuevas, Sr and Antoinette Cuevas; three sisters, DeLois Cuevas, Elaine Cuevas, and Faye Cuevas; and two brothers, Winston Cuevas and Nelvin J. Cuevas, Jr.
She is survived by her children, Debra Justice, Timothy Miller, Eddie Dear, Rene' Dear, and Jason Walker, all of Gulfport; her brother, Gilbert Cuevas, of Pineville; her sister, Carolyn Rettkowski, of Gulfport; seventeen grandchildren; and sixteen great grandchildren.
The visitation will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2009 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport. The funeral service will be held on Friday, January 30, 2009 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Wolf River Cemetery.
