Peggy Louise Adams, 62, of Brooklyn NY, passed away on August 17, 2011, at home of a heart attack.
She was a 1966 graduate of Biloxi High School. She received an undergraduate degree in music at USM, a masters degree in music from the University of Florida, and a masters degree in bilingual speech from the University of Long Island. Peggy worked for the Board of Education in Brooklyn, NY for 20 years.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Adams. Peggy is survived by her husband, Hugo Moreta of Brooklyn, NY; her sons, Oneil J. Adams of Biloxi and Richard C. Moreta of Brooklyn, NY; her grandchildren, Mason and Melana Adams; her mother, Thelma Louise Adams of Biloxi, and her sister, Frances Good of Hattiesburg.
Services were held in Brooklyn, NY, on August 21st.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2011, at 10:00 am at Antioch Church Cemetery in Vancleave for family and friends.
The Riemann Family Funeral Home, 274 Beauvoir Road in Biloxi, is in charge of local arrangements.
