Pearl V. Harshbarger, age 90 of Pass Christian, died on Friday, January 21, 2011, in Pass Christian.
Mrs. Harshbarger was a native and lifelong resident of Pass Christian, a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, and she retired from the garment factory in Pass Christian.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Tallis Harshbarger and her parents, John & Sedonia Ladner Dubuisson.
Mrs. Harshbarger is survived by her daughters, Peggy Arnold of Biloxi and Shirley Carver of Bessmer, AL; her grandsons, Matthew Todd Jernigan of Mobile, AL, Anthony Scott Carver and Charles ""Chuck"" Carver both of Pass Christian; her great granddaughters, Samantha & Katie Jernigan of Biloxi and Brittani Carver of Pass Christian.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 22, 2011, at 1:00pm at Holy Family Parish, where family and friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at St Joseph's Cemetery at Rotten Bayou.
The family would like to extend a very special thank you to the nurses and staff at Dixie Whitehouse Nursing Home in Pass Christian.
The Riemann Family Funeral Home, 9113 Kiln DeLisle Road in Pass Christian, is in charge of arrangements.
