Paul Grieve, age 64 and a resident of Biloxi, died Tuesday, May 13, 2008 in Biloxi.
Mr. Grieve had been a resident of Biloxi since 1981. He was a Vietnam veteran, and retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Master Sergeant with 20 years of service. He was an avid golfer and had a love for building homes.
Mr. Grieve was preceded in death by his father, Chester P. Grieve.
He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Rita Mae Reaux Grieve; his mother, Katherine Chase; daughters: Carole Ann Croker and husband John, and Dionne King and husband Dale; two sisters: Ellen Butler and husband Dennis, and Vicky Linn Baker and husband Curtis; brother: Danny Grieve and wife Debbie; 5 grandchildren: Matthew Croker, Michael Croker, Brenna Grieve, Madeline King, and Crystal King; 3 great-grandchildren: Jayden A. Croker, Ava D. Croker, and Micah Harkey; special cousins: Gary and Donalda McCuddin; and many other family and friends. The family would like to give special thanks to the medical staff at Keesler AFB Medical Center for their wonderful care.
Friends are invited to visit on Thursday, May 15, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Rd, Biloxi. The graveside funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 16, 2008 at Biloxi National Cemetery. The procession will depart from the funeral home at 9:40 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 417 Security Square, Gulfport, MS 39507.
