Paul Joseph Ayo, Sr., 65, of Diamondhead formerly of Chalmette, LA passed into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, October 26, 2008 at 7 pm in Slidell, LA.
Paul was a loving, devoted, and giving husband, father, and friend. He was an employee of Murphy Oil USA for 33 years. He also was an avid golfer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ishmel and Charlotte Ayo; his parent-in-laws, Frank and Jeannette Spizale.
He was survived by his wife, Barbara Spizale Ayo; his daughter, Lisa Ayo McLoughlin of Metairie; his son, Paul J. Ayo, Jr., of Diamondhead; his brothers, David J. Ayo, Leo A. Ayo, and Michael F. Ayo; and his grand-daughter, Charlotte E. McLoughlin.
The Visitation for family, friends, the Steel Workers' Union, and Murphy Oil Employees will be held on Wednesday October 29, 2008 from 5:30pm to 10pm at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln DeLisle Rd., Pass Christian, MS. The funeral will be held Thursday, October 30, 2008 at 10am at Annuciation Catholic Church, 5370 Kiln DeLisle Rd, Pass Christian, MS 39556.
