Patrick A. Lee, 17, of Long Beach, MS passed away on Monday, December 24, 2007 in Gulfport, MS.
Patrick was a Junior at Saint Stanislaus College in Bay St. Louis, MS. He played basketball his freshman year at St. Stanislaus. Patrick played baseball with the Long Beach Youth Association for seven years and was coached by his Dad, Tony Lee. PatrickaÌ‚â‚â„¢s favorite activities included fishing and golf. He not only enjoyed deep sea fishing but was happy to drop his hook anywhere. He particularly enjoyed fishing the gulf water from the beaches with his brother, Ryan Heath. Patrick was a talented artist and country music fan. Patrick was his younger brother JonathanaÌ‚â‚â„¢s hero and was quick to invite him into a sneak attack upon his Dad, Tony at nerf dart wars. Patrick was his mother's heart.
Patrick was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Mary Heath and Jenny Goekler, and his great grandparents, Kenith Moore, Joseph Monroe Redding, and Lucille Redding.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Donna and Edward Heath of Long Beach; his father and stepmother, Tony and Lari Lee of Gulfport; his brothers, Jonathan Lee, Ryan Heath and Brent Heath; his maternal grandparents; Jim and Bobby Woodyard of Long Beach; his paternal grandparents, John W. Lee, Jr. and Mary Lee of Gulfport, his grandfather, John Goekler of Perkinston; his maternal great grandfather, Alfred Moore of Gulfport; his paternal great grandmother, Lillian Lee of Gulfport; his Uncle and Aunt, Terry and Millicent Lee of Baton Rouge, LA, and their children, Hannah, Hayden and Hillary, Aunt, Teena Buhl and her daughter, Alexandra, of Irwin, PA and many great aunts, great uncles, cousins and extended family members. Patrick will be sadly missed by his St Stanislaus family and friends.
Donations in PatrickaÌ‚â‚â„¢s name may be made at Community Bank for a memorial fund to be set up at a later date.
The visitation will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2007 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at The Brother Peter Gym at St. Stanislaus College, Bay St. Louis.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, December 28, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church, Bay St. Louis. Interment will follow at Long Beach City Cemetery.
