Patricia Sexton

Patricia A. Sexton, 64, of Ocean Springs, passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2023. A native of The Mississippi Gulf Coast, Patricia obtained a degree in nursing and was a NICU nurse at Keesler Air Force Base.

Patricia is preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Sexton; parents, Lemma and Louise Lester; and her brother David James Lester. She is survived by her loving son Matthew Sexton of Ocean Springs, MS.

The family would like to thank the ICU and emergency room staff at Ocean Springs Hospital, and they are grateful for all the love, care, and support they have received from family, friends, and coworkers at Keesler Air Force Base Medical Center.

A private memorial will be held for Pat. She had a love for all animals, therefore, in lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Jackson County Animal Shelter or The Humane Society of South Mississippi.
