Mrs. Patricia L. Price, age 66, resident of Long Beach, passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2008, in Gulfport.
Mrs. Price was born and raised in Charles Town, WV and graduated from Charles Town High School. She worked for the federal government for 30 years and retired from NASA's legal office. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Long Beach, and she was a very devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Victor and Eva Peterson.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Kenneth F. Price of Long Beach; children, Denise Diane Ladner of Long Beach and her husband Kent, and Suzanne Leigh Ray of Long Beach and her husband Patrick; brother, Victor E. """"Pete"""" Peterson of Charles Town, WV; and a granddaughter, Victoria Diane Ray.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2007, at First United Methodist Church of Long Beach from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 12:30 p.m. in the church sanctuary.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, 5005 LBJ Fwy., Ste. 250, Dallas, TX 75244.
