Patricia Kostmayer

Patrica "Patty" Kostmayer, age 55, gained her wings on September 21, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Aubrey and Mary Quinn.

She is survived by her best friend and loving husband of 40 years, Shaun Kostmayer; her three children, Nathan Kostmayer (Dana), Amber Kostmayer, and Matthew Kostmayer (Aurora); her three grandchildren, Alyssa, Miley, and Riley; siblings Margie Nunley (Junior), Robert Quinn, Jerry Quinn (Ann Mary), David Quinn (Alicia), and Donna Quinn (Chris); and her numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Patty was an amazing wife, sister, mother, and grandmother. Born into a military family in Abingdon, VA, she moved to various places before settling into Biloxi, MS. Soon after graduating from Biloxi High School in 1984, she married her high school sweetheart and started a beautiful family. The things she cherished most in life were her powerful faith in God, children, and grandchildren. Patty had an incredible heart filled with passion and love for Jesus. She was always attentive to her family by providing unconditional love. Accepting everyone into her life, regardless of their character, was never an issue for her.

True to her motherly nature, most of Patty's hobbies revolved around her family. These interests included spontaneous road trips, cooking family dinners, and spending time with her granddaughters: telling childhood stories and putting puzzles together. In addition to her family devotion, she had a deep connection to angels through her spiritual bond with the Lord. "Surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:20

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 2, 2021, at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 2090 Pass Rd. Biloxi, MS, with the visitation for family and friends starting at 12:00 p.m.
