Patricia Kirk

Patricia Ann Bentz Kirk, 64, of Pass Christian, passed away Monday, June 12, 2006, in Gulfport. Patsy was born October 7, 1941. She was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church. In her youth, Patsy attended St. Joseph Catholic School and graduated from Pass Christian High School. Patsy owned and operated Patsy's Beauty Salon in Pass Christian for many years. After marrying, she moved to Fairhope, Alabama. Later, she returned to the Mississippi gulf coast and resided in Pass Christian. Patsy loved her children and her family.
Patsy is preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Helen Bentz, and one brother, Francis.
She is survived by one son, John Handley Kirk, III of Biloxi; two daughters, Stephanie Helen McKellar and husband John and Tricia Ann Hughes and husband Bart all of Mobile, AL; four brothers, Fred (Rita)Bentz Reece (Kathy) Bentz, Robert (Shelley) Bentz and Donny (Judy) Bentz; seven sisters, Rose (Larry) Bellipanni, GayNell (McCall) Schruff, Dian (Jimmy) Bradley, Pearl (Jimmy) Benigno, Beth (Tobias) Maldonado, Beverly (Roger) Ridgeway and Katherine (Tommy) Mallini; and an abundant number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church on Thursday, June 15, 2006 from 10:00 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon. Burial will follow at St. Paul's Cemetery.
