Patricia Ann """"Pat"""" Cooper Green, age 58, of Helena, died Saturday, February 27, 2010 in pascagoula.
She was a native of Hopewell, VA and had lived most of her life on the coast. She received her BSN degree from USM and she retired from the Jackson County Health Dept. as County Health Coordinator and was currently working as a staff nurse at the Biloxi VA Hospital. She was a lifetime member of American Legion Post #160 Ladies Auxiliary, a member of the Krewe of Tri-Cities where she served as Queen Joliet in 2002, an active member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Moss Point where she was a member of the church choir. She loved fishing, gardening, and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Jarvis.
Survivors include her loving husband, Donald Keith Green, her mother, Helen Jarvis, 2 children, Becky (Mike) Lundy, and Tommy Cooper, 4 step-children, Vance (Amanda) Green, Wendell (Michelle) Green, Rocky (Belinda) Green, and Vanessa Green, 3 sisters, Mary Helen (Tommy) Richardson, Cecelia Jarvis, and Kathy Lee, 6 grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 11 am - 1 pm at St, Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Moss Point. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 pm at the church.
Interment will be in the Green Family Cemetery, Kreole.
