Patricia Gayle Carson, born on June 27, 1941, passed away on May 31, 2011 surrounded by her loved ones at her home in Las Cruces, NM.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Nell and Charles Yancey; a brother, Harvey Yancey; and a sister, Barbara Creel, all of Columbia, MS.
A loving wife and mother, she leaves behind her husband Glenn Carson; her children, Donna Whittaker (Vern) of Minneapolis, MN., Cindy Velasquez (Eddie) of Dunkirk, MD., Deryl Parnell (Melissa) of Erwin, TN., Barbara Reeves (Buddy) of Madison, AL., and Glenda Bardgett, of Daytona Beach, FL.; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and a sister, Paula Taylor of Columbia, MS.
A visitation will be held on Friday, June 3, 2011 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Rd, Biloxi.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Biloxi, where family and friends may visit from 9:00 AM until the Mass. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Gulfport.
