Ollie Jean McDonald Morrison, age 78, of Gulfport, passed away on March 21, 2010 in Gulfport.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James D. """"Buddy"""" Morrison; her parents, Leslie and Ruby McDonald; her brothers, Dale and Pete McDonald; and a sister, Sara McCord.
She is survived by her son, James Gary Morrison and his wife, Judy, of Vancleave; her daughter, Sharon Morrison Gusa and her husband, Mikel, of Gulfport; a sister in law, Ann McDonald; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She retired after many years as Food Service Director of the Harrison County School System and was a longtime member of New Hope Baptist Church, Gulfport. She loved being with family and friends and helping those in need. She was a devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, and friend whose spunk, smile, and tender heart will be missed by all who knew her.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 3:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport where family and friends may visit from 1:00 PM until service time. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial gardens, Gulfport.
